Interested Candidates should possess the following qualifications:

Possess extensive knowledge and experience in the sport of Volleyball
Have the ability to improve and enhance fundamental skills and abilities of student-athletes
Communicate effectively and in a professional manner with students, parents, administration and staff
Oversee, organize and operate all levels and aspects of the volleyball program
Follow and model all responsibilities and expectations set forth by the Kendrick High Athletic Department
Work with other athletic coaches to promote consistency and continuity
Publicize game results and highlights
Be able to create and facilitate well-organized practice
Make recommendations to the Athletic Director regarding the hiring of assistant coaches
Work with other head coaches in the athletic program to promote all Kendrick High Athletics
